Hello! I’m Andrew Reiff. I want to make people smile.
I’m pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in themed entertainment design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), anticipating graduation in June of 2017. I’m currently seeking full-time work in the themed entertainment industry.
My specialty is 3D visualization and nearly everything that encompasses it – CAD drafting, 3D modeling, texturing, 3D rendering, and simplistic animation. In my five years of experience working with 3D software packages, I’ve created amusement rides, water slides, entire amusement park lands, and other award-winning models and renderings. My love for all things theme parks has turned into a valuable skill.
As I’ve developed as a themed entertainment designer I’ve also gained experience in comprehensive master planning, graphic design, and layout design. I also have an affinity for extensive research and analysis, with the capability to develop concept books and presentations. Finally, I have a vast working knowledge of amusement park operators, industry trends, and manufacturers of ride systems, playgrounds, furnishings, and more.
I’ve worked as a visualization intern for Stantec, formerly VOA Associates. I’ve also received honors for my projects and projects I’ve worked on, such as being the winner of PGAV Destination’s 2014 Spot Experiential Scholarship and being part of a finalist team in the 2017 Disney ImagiNations competition.
I’m the most proficient in the following eight software packages:
